| 8 | - 2 tbsp fresh rosemary (less if dried) |

| 11 | - Zest + juice of 1 lemon |

| 12 | - 1 tbsp salt |

| 21 | - Prepare the marinade by blitzing everything but the chicken with an immersion blender. |

| 22 | - Pour over chicken in a freezer bag and marinade for between 30 minutes and 2 hours. |
