Pizza Dough

Ingredients

• 3/4 cup hot water
• 1 envelope active dry yeast (2 1/2 tsp instant yeast)
• 2 cups (or more) all purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon sugar
• 3/4 teaspoon salt
• 3 tablespoons olive oil

Preparation

• Mix yeast and hot water in a measuring cup so that it is dissolved
• Combine dry ingredients in mixing bowl with dough hook
• Add in water yeast and oil and mix until sticky consistent ball emerges
• Place in covered oiled bowl for a couple hours before rolling

Tuna and Red Onion Pizza

This is a pretty good pizza we had in Miami, it is Zoe's favorite.

• Rio Mare olive oil tuna
• Finely sliced red onions
• some capers
• mozzarella and tomato sauce as usual

Anchovies Chilli Caper Pizza

• 4+ anchovy fillets
• 1/2 - 1 red chilli , sliced
• 1++ teaspoon small rinsed capers
• Olive oil
• 1/2 lemon, zest and juice
