| + | ### Ingredients |

| + | - 1/2 cup olive oil |
| + | - 2 tbsp fresh rosemary (less if dried) |
| + | - 2 tbsp fresh thyme (less if dried) |
| + | - 5 cloves of garlic |
| + | - Zest + juice of 1 lemon |
| + | - 1 tbsp salt |
| + | - 1 1/2 tsp dried oregano |
| + | - 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes |
| + | - 1/2 tsp pepper |
| + | - 3 lbs chicken pieces (works great to pull skin from the pieces) |

| + | ### Preparation |

| + | - Prepare the marinade by blitzing everything but the chicken with an immersion blender. |
| + | - Pour over chicken in a freezer bag and marinade for between 30 minutes and 2 hours. |
