| 7 | - Package of long thin pasta-- angel hair |

| 8 | - canned tuna in oil (2-3 cans) |
|||
| 9 | - 2 clove garlic-- finely minced |
|||
| 10 | - 2 anchovy fillets-- minced |
|||
| 11 | - 1/2 tsp chilli flakes |
|||
| 12 | - 2 tsp baby capers (or finely chopped pickles) |

| 13 | - ~~1 tbsp parsley, finely chopped~~ |

| 14 | - 1 tsp lemon zest |
|||
| 15 | - 2 tbsp lemon juice |

| 16 | - 1/4 tsp salt |

| 17 | - 1/4 tsp black pepper |

| 21 | - Cook pasta according to instuctions, reserve 1 cup starchy pasta water |

| 22 | - Meanwhile, in the oil from the tuna can, saute the garlic, anchovy and chilli flakes. A couple minutes |

| 23 | - Toss pasta in oil, with capers, and 1/3 cup of pasta water |
