Baileys
Ingredients
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk (keep can handy)
- 1 can whisky/Scotch
- 1 can light cream, or half and half
- 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
- Double shot espresso
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch cocoa (optional)
Preparation
- Combine all ingredients in a large vessel.
- Emulsion blender until smooth and mixed.
- Keep refrigerated.
