| + | - 1 envelope active dry yeast (2 1/2 tsp instant yeast) |

| + | - 3 tablespoons olive oil |

| + | - Mix yeast and hot water in a measuring cup so that it is dissolved |
| + | - Combine dry ingredients in mixing bowl with dough hook |
| + | - Add in water yeast and oil and mix until sticky consistent ball emerges |
