| + | - 2lbs ground beef |
| + | - Medium onion finely chopped |
| + | - 1/3 cup finely chopped ~~parsley~~ cilantro |
| + | - 1/3 cup finely chopped cilantro |
| + | - tbsp olive oil |
| + | - tbsp water |
| + | - 3 tbsp chopped mint |
| + | - 2 tsp salt |
| + | - tsp cumin |
| + | - tsp paprika |
| + | - 1/2 tsp cinnamon |
| + | - 1/2 tsp ground black pepper |

| + | - Mix all ingredients except ground beef in mixing bowl, then mix in ground beef. |
